Our mission is to support our members’ readiness for success and our wing’s readiness to be the premier volunteer emergency services organization in California. To do this, we will use innovation to improve in all areas of our expertise: operational readiness, professional education (for cadets and senior members), membership growth, and additional activities getting members involved in success. Whether virtually or in-person, we must increase opportunities to improve our networking and operational readiness to serve our community, state, and nation. We will work as one team with one goal: being ready to perform.
